10.0Tremendous service. Very clean and staff was responsive. Large room by Tokyo standards.

8.0Room was very dated, upset to discover upon check in, that we weren’t actually booked into stay at the Centurion Grand as my confirmation suggested. We were moved across the street to the centurion vintage. Staff were wonderful, but that was just our biggest let down. When you book, you only have pictures and reviews to go by, and I felt misled about where we were staying and what we paid for.

8.0Perfect clean, staff great. Check in and check in both smooth. We left bags on both occasions with no issue.
