10.0Alessio and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful!. Always greeted with a hello and a smile. We had two rooms and both were clean and comfortable. They were also helpful with suggestions for restaurants and directions to various landmarks.
A great boutique hotel!
10.0The staff was very friendly very accommodating, and we appreciated their kindness as we navigated being away from home and in a different country. The room was nice and clean and great location. Wonderful breakfast included along with discount happy hour next door. They were very helpful in ordering taxis and making reservations.

10.0The hotel is very nice, and each room was laid out well. The staff is really the highlight prior to the trip they did some amazing things with helping to book a few tours and transportation to and from the hotel. The breakfast is great, one of my children said it was the best croissant she had ever had. The people make this a great place to stay.

Birthday in Rome
10.0Stayed in Rome for my husband’s birthday, The hotel staff went above and beyond to help celebrate his birthday ( A big thank you to Simon) for the surprise birthday cake and fizz when we had breakfast 🥳 All staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful! Hotel was in a fantastic location, walking distance to the metro and most sites. Especially liked the free fizz and nibbles for happy hour! Room was clean, beds very comfortable, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Rome Can’t wait to go back!
Close to the tourist attractions!
10.0From the moment we got there, the customer service was top notch. Miriam was kind and helpful. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day and we enjoyed our stay! Our walks to the big tourist sites were not bad at all! The breakfast was more of a traditional American breakfast, which we enjoyed. They also have a happy hour where you can enjoy small finger foods and a drink (:
