8.0El personal se portó de forma excepcional en todo momento y ante las excepciones. Destacar a María como profesional y gran amabilidad mostrando gran ayuda en todo momento adaptándose a nuestras necesidades más allá de sus obligaciones ya no sólo ella si no sus compañeros de recepción. Para una persona como yo, acostumbrado a la recepción en hoteles más caros y más fríos, el personal del hotel fue excepcionalmente amable y complaciente.
− Entiendo que el hotel tenga una relación precio/calidad cuándo hablamos de Londres pero no justifica que el interior de las habitaciones tenga somieres, camas y mobiliario tan mugre y viejo, para una persona que viaje tanto y siendo de España, el precio no lo justifica, en Málaga por ejemplo con la alta tasa turística que tiene los hoteles de esta categoría tienen todos los muebles nuevos y en perfectas condiciones por los mismos precios cuando las tasas y los impuestos son iguales actualmente que en Londres.

6.0This is a budget hotel with simple facilities. I found it very clean. The room was small but had an en-suite with shower, tea and coffee making facilities and tv. I chose the location as it is walking distance to my son’s home and it is very central for anyone visiting Bethnal Green

− The room had a smell. Like mold ore rot. And no window to outside. There was a window(didn't open) but it lead to the hallway.
