8.0The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean, with staff cleaning room daily. Good location at very base of Long Hill up to Sacre Coure, walkable.

8.0We were created by a quiet but efficient desk manager. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was comfortable and modern. The desk was helpful with answering our questions and arranging transportation to the airport at checkout. A good value.
There are better places to stay
2.0Great area - very poor hotel. No facilities whatsoever. Taps ready to fall off basin and flood bathroom. Shower hook broken. Carpets threadbare. Strong smell of sewage in corridor and bathroom from time to time. Avoid
