Unhappy with terms of booking not been met.
1.0I booked for a week and due to a death in the family I was visiting, was only able to stay 3 nights. The booking said that I could cancel with three days prior notice. But at the desk they insisted that I would have had to cancell three days prior to the first night. I will be very hesitant to book a full week again. Three days notice, if offered, should apply for any part of the stay more than three days ahead. Unhappy JD

1.0Leaving. The amount of mold this property has was sickening and bad for my health. I didn’t even stay in the room for 10 minutes and left. I had to fight them for a refund and even after they said they would refund me, they still haven’t refunded me for one of the nights. The staff were also not nice.
