This is my Go-To accommodation when in London for short or long stays.
9.0Reception is always staffed and all speak good English. Offered to help me with my bags to the lift. The ladies who cleaned the room were delightful, considerate and always did a perfect job. I’ve stayed twice before because I can walk 6minutes to South Kensington Station (I use the Piccadilly line a lot) and it’s only a 15minute walk to the V&A and Natural History Museum. The Royal Albert Hall is a 20minute walk so it’s very easy to attend any performance time without the worry of transport. Sainsbury Local is less than 2minutes walk from the Cloisters and is open late.
− No microwave as stated in the description of this room but my other stays have included one. Extractor fan in the kitchen didn’t work. The letting office however is approachable to report any problems as is Reception.

8.0A very modern and clean apartment in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and beds were very comfortable. We stayed during the July heatwave and were provided with 2 fans which was amazing as we needed them to cool the rooms.
− The main lifts were broken so to get to the back lifts you had to go up and down a few sets of stairs. We had a baby in a pram so this was difficult and I saw other mothers struggling too, there would have been no access for wheelchair users. The front door of the apartment rooms had to be slammed hard to shut properly so an issue for waking the baby. The cleaning only takes place every other day so the small bin kept getting very full. Towels only got replaced after a week so we had to keep reusing the same ones.
Short city break
8.0The price and location was excellent especially for a short city break. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and willing to answer any questions.
− The elevator was out of order in the front lobby area, it was a long walk to our room when taking the back elevator. The stairs was fine at front once not carrying luggage.
