10.0I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding hospitality. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, and it made me feel valued throughout my stay. I especially want to recognize Carlos, Dabis, and Tenzin at Table 135 Café. They went above and beyond every single morning. After my first day, they remembered my name, greeted me with a smile, and even knew my breakfast order before I placed it. Those thoughtful touches made me feel less like a hotel guest and more like a regular they were genuinely happy to see. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail never went unnoticed. They consistently created a welcoming atmosphere and started each day on a positive note. Outstanding customer service like theirs is rare, and they are a tremendous asset to the hotel. Thank you to the entire Courtyard Chelsea team for providing such consistently excellent service. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City.
