10.0The buffet restaurant at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The food selection was wide and well-balanced, offering both international and local dishes, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. The dining area was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was great value and a perfect place to enjoy a satisfying meal. I would definitely recommend it and would happily dine here again. I would also like to give special thanks to Rabhel who was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Their warm service and professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
A home away from home
8.0I have to say I’ve been staying at the Carlton Downtown Dubai for years, and every time I feel absolutely wonderful — it truly feels like a home away from home. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Raphael, the head waiter, who is incredibly attentive and genuinely cares about the guests. The breakfast is varied and very good, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. If you are gluten intolerant, you can simply ask and they will happily provide gluten-free alternatives. From the comfort of the rooms to the excellent service, everything is good. I would gladly return again and again, and highly recommend this hotel.
