7.0Le bottigliette d'acqua rifornite ogni giorno in camera, la cortesia di alcuni membri dello staff, la posizione per raggiungere l'Hilton.
− Scarsa pulizia (dopo che al terzo giorno erano ancora presenti capelli non miei sul muro, ho deciso di toglierli da sola, scaffali sporchi), scarsa manutenzione (perdita acqua water segnalata ma in 8 giorni mai aggiustata, serratura porta bagno rotta), sentore che il servizio navetta aeroporto sia stabilito non certo per il comfort e i comodi del cliente (stamani siamo stati costretti a prendere il taxi molto prima del previsto e lo staff ha insistito più volte a ricordarci l'orario). Per due notti è suonato più volte l'allarme antincendio, tenendoci svegli, e senza fornire spiegazioni. Colazione non variegata.
