8.0The hotel is very nice. The rooms are good sized, and all the staff from reception to housekeeping to the folks in the breakfast room are incredible. The location is good - right by a subway station and lots of bars and restaurants. The down side is people are partying until 3 am and the horn honking is incessant. You'll need earplugs if that bothers you.

10.0Very helpful staff, interesting, comfortable room and good breakfast with fantastic views over the Bosporus. Location is great with interesting cafes,shops , restaurants within walking distance. Only negative is the noisy traffic ( locals seem to love beeping their car horns at all hours. Perhaps quieter rooms are available.
