8.0Hello! I stayed 3 nights at this property! The staff in all Departments are very Friendly, helpful and Professional! The breakfast was very tasty and good variety for me😊 the room size was great! 10 min (hill) walk from Taksim station (metro nr m2)

4.0Personal ist ok,rest ist leider sehr negariv. Schlecht Standort,Schlächtes Bett, Schreckliches Ausblick.

2.0Sämsta hotellet jag varit med om. Stark avloppslukt i korridorer och sovrum. Gick inte att sova!! Säng trasig. Vi beställde ett rum för 3 personer. Sen fick vi en trasig säng! Service under all kritik! Om vi behövde toalettpapper behövde vi gå till receptionen. Sämsta hotellet någonsin!

8.0Overall visit was nice and pleasurable, Staff specially Mubarak and Mohammad were absolutely kind and welcoming and helping us a lot. In general I would recommend this place, location was very convenient and breakfast was also pretty good!

4.0The facilities are ok but there was a bad smell, probably from issues in the pipes and issues flashing. Water was dripping in the sink the entire night and couldn't be stopped
