10.0Although it’s not a 5 star hotel everyone was 5 star service , they will order you cars cheaper then uber , help with anything you need, their breakfast was great and staff service tops

8.0Overall we enjoyed our stay. Couple of things that are lacking. 1. Lack of options at breakfast, especially for children and no warm milk available for small children. 2. Spa experience was terrible £85 for a full body massage which honestly was the worst ive experienced.
