− Услуга раннего заселения, на которую был расчет при выборе жилья, не была оказана, хотя я заранее писала, что приеду достаточно рано, но меня не предупредили, что возможно придется ждать. В ванной не хватает базовых элементов гигиенических, не ясно, почему это игнорируется администрацией, хотя не раз гости пишут об этом в отзывах. За 3 ночи ни разу не поменяли постельное белье, не мыли полы.
