6.0The bed was very hard and if you want quiet this is not the place . The check in agents (not the security they were great ) the actual hotel agents were both VERY rude and not helpful at all .

2.0Was 90 degrees in New York and the air conditioner was broken. Was like a sauna in there. The roof was also leaking and making an annoying drip sound every 5 seconds. Impossible for my family to sleep under those conditions. The “reception” room was in a closet and had a long line for check in. They charged a $100 cash only security deposit and have yet to refund it even though we were barely in the room. Guessing I’m never going to see that $100. We were supposed to stop by to get it during checkout but there was no one in the closet and we had to leave to catch a flight. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the only negative review I’ve ever left.
