8.0Acceuil rapide. Chambre propre et confortable. Bel hôtel central. Je recommande ce superbe hôtel.
− J'arrive à l'hôtel, je demande à l'employé si le petit déjeuner est bien inclus. Il me dit que non. Je suis surpris et je lui montre pourtant les preuves sur mon portable. J'aurais dû insister. J'ai payé un supplément petit déjeuner. Booking me confirme bien maintenant que le petit déjeuner était inclus et déjà payé. J'aurais aimé plus d'attention de l'employé pour s'attarder sur ce problème étant donné que j'avais bel et bien raison. Car j'ai payé deux fois un petit déjeuner...
