− تعامل موظفات الأستقبال حيث حجزت انا و صديقي غرفة وعند اختار الغرفة أخطأت في نوع السرير كان سرير كنج بدل من سريرين مفردين فلم يوافقن على تغير الغرفة حتى ولو بدفع المال فكان ردهن خذ الغرفة او أتركها لن نستبدل
