9.0位置不错，就在梵蒂冈旁边，方便玩梵蒂冈博物馆和圣彼得大教堂；离地铁公交都不远，去各大景点也方便；周边还有很多小店餐馆；房东热心帮忙，因为行程到罗马比较晚，房东帮忙留了钥匙让我们能顺利抵达，还提供行李寄存服务，不用带着行李各种奔波。

Perfect stay!
10.0The location was just amazing. We could see the Vatican walls from our room. The room was comfortable and clean. Nicolo (the staff) was extremely kind and very helpful. There's an ice-cream shop right next to the entrance, restaurants all around, a small supermarket close by, the metro line (eayy to get from the airport) and busses all around.

8.0Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Our host was very friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The location was excellent—perfect for visiting the Vatican, while still being in a very quiet area, so we slept really well. The room was comfortable, although there were a couple of minor issues. The shower tended to flood the bathroom, and the plumbing and air conditioning made some noise from time to time, but nothing too disruptive. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the housekeeping. There didn't seem to be a clear schedule—some days the bed was made and other days it wasn't, but the bed sheets were never changed during our stay. The soap and toilet paper were also replenished irregularly, so it was difficult to know whether we'd have enough. In the end, we bought some ourselves just to be on the safe side. Despite these small inconveniences, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this place.

8.0Nicolo was genuinely friendly and accommodating to our needs. He took great pride in his apartments as he met the cleaners every morning who did a good job. Great location close to all facilities to iconic places of Rome.
