Overall good: convenient, spacious and clean
8.0Pros: - Location with a lot of convenience/grocery stores (although it is TECOM and not Al Barsha) - Spacious room and well decorated - Good room cleaning - Friendly staff - Walking distance from train - Private underground parking (free) - Sport and swimming facilities (e.g. Sauna, Hammam, Gym, Swimming pool, Jaccuzi) - Late check-out (12:00PM) Cons: - Poor Internet/WiFi connection (in our room at least) - Kitchen pan and pots in very poor condition - kitchen appliances a bit old but in working condition - Curtains almost impossible to open

2.0The rooms are not clean. When we checked in, the room was not vacuum cleaned and the toilets could have been cleaner. The internet is very slow. The service team were not responsive. I found out that the hotel didn't have a technical person for the IT issues This hotel certainly needs maintenance
