10.0Wonderfully spacious suite with 2 separate bedrooms and a large sitting area in main bedroom. Fantastic views from our suite ( Salute) of Salute church and Guggenheim just opposite. Quiet square but 10 minutes wark to St Marks. Right by Accademia bridge to cross Grand Canal

8.0Very difficult to find this classic facility. Signage is poor and you will have a challenge getting to the door unless on a water taxi. We had to walk because Venice Filmfest had zero taxis available. Hope you pack light because no elevator and our suite was up many, many steps. Once up the charm took over and views if near the water are exceptional. Didnt try the food there but overall it had what we came for.
