10.0The location was excellent. The single room was small but had everything I needed for my stay. I did see inside a double room and it was a really good size . I asked if they had an iron and a lady gave me one to use. As a solo female traveller i felt very safe with the location and with the security of the building. The room was clean and smelled so lovely . The staff were welcoming and friendly and were in touch beforehand to make sure I got into my room ok. The lady, who seems to be the owner , is so lovely. She doesn't speak any English but will explain everything in Italian anyway. (which she has a right to do as she lives in Italy) I'm sure it's frustrating for her but still she was so kind and pleasant. She and another lady provided croissants, yoghurt, juice and coffee for breakfast on both mornings which they gave me on a tray and I ate at a little table in my room. It set me up for the day. I would definitely stay again if I return to Italy.

10.0Great location, fancy coffee shops and pizza places nearby. Small but comfortable. We didn't really stay inside because we had our days fully planned out sightseeing, so just to spend a few nights this place is good. Water pressure very good, staff very helpful.
Great place and made to feel really welcome
10.0The people working there really make you feel welcome. We were only there for one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise but felt really well looked after. In fact after our cruise, when we got back there at 9:30am our room was ready and we could put our stuff in it - that was so helpful. They also gave us breakfast for that morning! The breakfasts are great - orange juice, coffee, croissants. The location is great - close to everything. If you want traditional Italian Guest House feel - this is it.
We would definitely stay here again!

8.0Good central location for sightseeing landmarks like trevi fountain & colesseum etc.., also breakfast brought to your room nice tho not conventional.
− We were on the 6th floor which was a bit of a pain, due to summer temperatures & small lift only taking 2 people max.
