8.0The service from staff (Anca) was amazing, she went above and beyond and even washed a pair of my pants which I had dirtied and put in a bucket to soak. Great location! Elevator worked and was a lifesaver for our room on level 5.
− Shower very small but I think this is a common occurrence in Italy. Also, the room was too small for three people with lots of luggage, but I should’ve chosen a property with sufficient room size & done my homework better not their fault.
Will definitely recommend and if possible, will stay here again
10.0The room and the property were cleaned and the staff was extremely helpful. Close to the attractions and to the train station, good restaurants around it.
