10.0The location was fantastic! Very close to Vaparetto or water taxi and very close to walk to St.Marks Square. Excellent staff and communication, very large family suite, the hotel and room were very clean. We loved the breakfast brought to our room as well. We had a fantastic stay! Thank you so much.

− Despite breakfast was very good, you need to decide the night before (by 7:30pm) what do you want to eat in the morning....so can get tricky if you are out or if you change your mind about what to eat next day.
