− Washrooms were horrible very small and dirty. No room to close the door comfortably.

− Dans une chambre "quiet-bedroom" choisie exprès, certaines personnes n'ont apparemment pas compris ou pas voulu comprendre le principe et ont été extrêmement bruyantes à 2h du matin : claquement des valises, téléphone, discussion... Un manque d'éducation...
