10.0Wonderful hotel, good service at spa, bar, front desk, door, and great facilities. Personally not a fan of the restaurant for breakfast, which was disappointing both days I tried it, both for food and service. But overall, a great luxury property in a location that needs it, and to which I will again return.

10.0We had a truly memorable stay in London. From breakfast to dinner and evening drinks, every detail was flawless. The service was both professional and warm, and the location is simply unbeatable. We look forward to returning on our next visit.
