10.0The stay was great. The hotel is very reasonably cheap and provides great comfort and good rooms for that price. It also has a swimming pool and nice breakfast buffet.

2.0There is nothing that I liked, even my 11 years old she told me that the hotel should not deserve 4 stars I don't know why they rated as 4 stars, it's not more than 2 stars , from the beginning the receptionist doesn't speak English, the service is not professional and the workers are not professional at all, most of them are rude and not friendly. There are no kettle or anything in the room accept towels and hair blower. When you call them for anything they never understand what you saying,I will never go back to this hotel even if for FREE for any reason,my experience wasn't good they constantly making mistakes but no apologies,very poor service and attitude and manners
