Avoid Single Rooms if you value rest.
3.0Location to East Coast Park. Affordability. Some of the duty staff were understanding and just following orders.
− Do not book the Single Room if you want to be able to rest, relax, and sleep during the day time. It is attached to some kind of fan system nearby a laundry chute, which cannot be controlled. It is noisy, like being sat inside a cargo area of an airplane, and it pumps out hot air into the room. The duty staff stated there is only one single room in the whole hotel, so avoid at all costs unless you are going to be out all day. The staff at first tried to charge me extra to change rooms, and it wasn't until I contacted booking.com that I was reallocated, which by that point was really too late to utilise it for its intended purpose. The room allocated to me upon change stunk like sweat and I was too tired and grateful for some peace and quiet.
