8.0Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut. Auf Grund der Lage konnten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von London zu Fuß, mit dem Schiff, per Bus, UBahn und Bahn gut erreicht werden.

Very expensive and felt short changed buy a no more than adequote hotel.
9.0The Wednesday evening drinks and cheese. Available coffee and snacks. Shower very good.
− Poor tables and chairs in the dinning room. Toaster inefficient.
A nice surprise in London
10.0We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at this IHG hotel! From the moment we arrived until our departure everything was faultless. The quality and cleanliness of the room was appreciated. The staff could not have been more helpful and the location is convenient to transport and central london! We have made plans for our next stay at this hotel and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in London!

Please note light cleaning of each suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of the suite will be serviced on the 7th day of the stay. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance.
Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. The hotel has no extra bed to accommodate extra people in the suites.
All guest checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check in for a pre-authorization for accommodations and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Furthermore, guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.
