10.0Great place to stay, felt safe and it was so close to the train stations. Staff was helpful and polite. No issues. 20 minute walk to the shopping and big stations. Family mart and 7/11 was 1-2 min walk away.

4.0I thought this stay was very overpriced for the condition of the property. The elevators were very slow, the customer service was okay, and the building looked old. I assume the price entirely comes from being near Shinjuku and Shibuya but I think in the future I’d rather stay in a different area for way less.
