10.0We stayed for only one night, we were very pleased with the complimentary room upgrade and the excellent attention provided by the hotel staff. Hotel is located no more than a two-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. And also very easy to reach directly by taxi from Termini Station. Relais Trevi have become one of my preferred places to stay in Rome, and I would gladly choose it again if rooms are available on my future visits.

10.0The room was perfect, always very well kept, and having three beds was a bonus for the kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety and everybody in the restaurant was so attentive. Importantly the air conditioner was top notch which was key after being out all day.

10.0Mi esposo y yo coincidimos en que lo mejor del hotel es su personal, desde el joven que te ayuda con las maletas, la srta. Y el joven que te sirve en el desayuno en especial Benjamin muestra una honesta preocupación por tu bienestar y satisfacción, y el personal de recepción pendiente de ti, con una linda sonrisa siempre.... en verdad que es increíble conocer personas como ellos....
