− Price i was charged too high on booking.com for a one night 90 pounds bed in a 20 people room. It was hot inside.

4.0Excellent location and big kitchen to cook on. Bed and pillows were comfortable
− Staff were the worst part, I saw the staff rotate like 5 times and not one of them were nice to me, nobody said Hello back or even a smile. You have to pay 5 pounds per bag for storage which is expensive. Towels they charge you for too. Bed wasn’t made on arrival. Toilets were always dirty and very small. The room was tiny, 10 beds and no space between the beds, if you have lots of luggage is very difficult to store it. I was there on world cup times and I heard a member of the staff say very ignorant and racist things about a country, just overall unpleasant. Won’t be coming back, good to have in mind if u need a quick walk to Kings cross and you are staying for one night only.

− Very narrow bathroom and toilet room. Difficult to move in there when several people are using them. Toilet is in a different room to the showers.
