9.0Todo, esta muy bien cuidado y todo está muy bonito. Tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina. Y todo está muy limpio.

2.0− La serrure électronique de la porte d'entrée est tombée en panne. Nous avons attendu le dépannage jusqu'à 2 heures, du matin. Les enfants étaient obligés de dormir dans les escaliers. Plutôt que de nous envoyer un dépanneur, le service administratif a passé 1 heure à vouloir vérifier notre dossier. Personne n'est revenu vers nous, ni ne s'est excusé, après.

− Las almohadas igual no eran las mejores, y habría molado una botella de agua de cortesía. Pero lo pongo por poner algo.
