7.0The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our suite had a large terrace where we spent some very nice evenings. Also worth a visit is the spa, it has a fantastic water-hot tub area that should not be missed.
− For the price of accommodation, I would have expected a few more free perks. I was surprised to be charged for ice considering it was 40 degrees outside. In other high-end hotel stays, the guest gets a few treats!

10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and maintained to a very high standard throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always available to help with any questions or requests, providing excellent service with a smile. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its fantastic location. It’s within easy walking distance of many restaurants, cafés, shops, and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without relying on transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in an excellent location in Madrid. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Una struttura con bellla posizione ma non e’ assolutamente un 5 stelle lusso.

− E’ un 5 stelle lusso,ma in effetti non lo e’,fanno pagare il caffè nespresso nelle camere (mai visto in in 5 stelle),fanno pagare il servizio “spa’ una piccolissima piscina con un idromassaggio.Ho lasciato un pacco da spedire ed ho pagato circa 30€ per averlo in 4 giorni ma sono passati 7 giorni ed ancora non ho ricevuto niente.
