10.0Perfect location for Ikebukuro, central but out of the main area. Very walkable and well placed for walking in several directions. Yamanote line was easily accessible. Lots of dining options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 7-11 underneath was very convenient for grabbing a snack when leaving or returning!
