10.0Όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετικοί. Ευχαροι, και έτοιμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν στα πάντα. Το ότι με τον καθαρισμό του δωματίου ( μετά την πρώτη διανυκτέρευση) μας είχανε αφήσει και φρούτα στο δωμάτιο μας έκανε φοβερά καλή εντύπωση.
Pequeño hotel en el casco histórico
8.0Lo que más me gustó es la ubicación, en el casco histórico, pero bastante cerca del puente Galata, así que cerca si apetece cruzar el puente para ir a otros barrios. El desayuno era bastante completo. Además, el segundo día nos dejaron un poco de fruta en la habitación.
− El aire acondicinado de mi habitación sacaba bastante ruido, por lo que era un poco incómodo estar con el aire acondicionado encendido. El último día teníamos que salir muy pronto para ir al aeropuerto. Nos dijeron que nos iban a preparar algo de desayuno para llevar para esa hora. Pero supongo que hubo un malentendido, porque no nos prepararon nada para llevar, si no que nos lo sacaron para esa hora para comer allí. Así que no pudimos desayunar.

9.0Чистота в номере и в гостинице. Ежедневная смена полотенец и постельного белья. Очень приветливый персонал, который всегда готов решаить проблемы постояльцев. Близость к станции метро (всего 65 метров). Разнообразный завтрак
− Очень маленький холодилник который плохо моррозит. В ванной комнате вентилятор рабботал постоянно. Вентилят ор должен отключаться когда в ванной комнате никого нет
