I really appreciated the friendliness of the hotel staff. They took very good care of my family and were helpful whenever I needed it. .The room is clean all the time and very quiet at night. The hotel is closed to MRT and bus stop, the shopping center. Room rates are very competitive if you book early.

We Keep Coming Back! Great Location and Wonderful Staff

We've stayed at JI Hotel several times already, and it continues to be our hotel of choice every time we visit Singapore. It never disappoints. The biggest highlight of this hotel is its excellent location. It is centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions. Fort Canning Park is literally just a few steps away, and Orchard Road's shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes are all nearby. If you're looking for breakfast, Killiney is also just a short walk from the hotel. Even if you don't feel like walking, both the MRT station and bus stops are only a few steps away. There's really very little need to take a taxi because Singapore's public transportation system is so efficient and easy to use. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including toiletries and slippers. Everything is consistently clean, and I have to mention that the shampoo and body wash smell amazing. The beds are comfortable, and the room layout is practical and well-designed. Another highlight is the staff. A special thank you to the ladies at the reception (I'm sorry I forgot to ask for your names). They were always warm, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcome every time we returned to the hotel. We also appreciate that the hotel can safely store your luggage if you arrive before check-in or if you have a late flight after check-out, which makes traveling much more convenient. Overall, JI Hotel consistently offers great value, an excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. We have stayed here multiple times, and we will happily continue choosing it whenever we visit Singapore.

− If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be the dark window tint, which can make the room feel a little gloomy during the day. However, the room lighting is more than adequate and easily makes up for it, so it was never really an issue for us.
