En général bien à améliorer que l’accueil
8.0J’ai beaucoup aimer la vue sur la plage de JBR qui est incroyable. Le personnel qui nettoie les chambres sont juste incroyable très gentil nettoie très bien les chambres . Sofiane le personnel qui nous aide à monter nos bagages très sympa et gentil merci à lui . Si vous avez besoin quoi ce soit demander lui il sera là pour vous servir .
− Les piscines étaient beaucoup replies les week-end heureusement que la semaine c tranquille et heureusement qu’il y’a la plage . J’ai pas aimer un des membres qui nous enregistre lors du cheek in notamment Mohamed qui tout le temp nous dit qu’il ya pas chambre disponible en haut sachant on est des clients on reste 1 moins pas de geste commercial. On voulait rester sur la vue mer pour les 10 jours restant rien toujour fermer . Je sais pas si il aime pas parler arabe mais il fait jore de pas comprendre alors que il l’ai lui même . Toujour il nous dit de payer en plus a revoir votre accueil monsieur Mohamed .
