Una joya en Sussex Gardens
10.0La amabilidad del personal. Nuestra habitación estaba en el segundo piso y al día siguiente nos cambiaron al Ground floor para que mi madre no tuviera que subir las escaleras. La limpieza es impecable. Siempre reservamos en esta calle por lo bonita que es y la cercanía a Paddington, pero sin duda este será nuestro hotel de referencia a partir de ahora.

− As we were only staying one night, couldn’t really ask for much more. Maybe a better solution to cool the room down than just a fan.
Safe and comfortable hotel
7.0The room was clean and comfortable. Smaller than i expected. Nice hot shower. Close to amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.

8.0Location , staff is helpful, Faheem is the receptionist and he is very cheerfull and helpful , there was confusion in the booking from my side as the bed was not enough for us so they provided extra mattress for me
− Room is very small , bathroom the same , price is high a little
