2.0This was very terrible very dirty The night I stay with no AC I have to move out and mainly I go down and come in with them. They don’t do anything. They cannot change the room need my money back. I have all the evidence I tried to contact Expedia. No one respond me back yet this is terrible customer service. I need someone contact me soon as possible. I drove a lot. This is the first time happened to me. I go with family eight people or my kid. We have to move out in the midnight 1 o’clock in the morning
