8.0I had a really lovely stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it very easy to explore the city. What stood out most, however, was the staff—everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again!

From the moment I arrived, Alex gave me the absolute red carpet treatment—I felt like a VIP from day one. The entire staff was incredibly warm, pleasant, and genuinely eager to help. Here is why this hotel is a total gem: * Spot-On Recommendations: Every single food and activity recommendation from the staff was a home run. They know the city inside and out! * Immaculate & Quiet Rooms: Finding a truly quiet room in NYC is rare, but mine was a peaceful sanctuary. Plus, housekeeping was like clockwork, keeping everything spotless daily. * Unbeatable Location: Being just steps from the train made navigating NYC an absolute breeze. You are close to everything! If you want a seamless, stress-free, and hospitable stay in the city, look no further. I’ll definitely be back! Alex is amazing he made sure my visit was spectacular!!
