Highly recommend this staff friendly awesome hotel in a delightful neighborhood
10.0Location, view, really friendly staff and amazing room.
− Pool only open 9-5 m-f and even shorter on weekends. If working totally not available. Short state that in advertising pool.
Think twice before booking!!
2.0stayed at this hotel expecting a premium boutique experience, but it fell short on every level. To start, the rooms are showing their age and feature noticeably old, worn-out furniture that does not match the price point.Worse than the room quality is how the management completely prioritizes outside patrons at the rooftop bar (Mr. Purple) over paying hotel guests. During my stay, the pool and seating area were entirely overrun by non-guests, leaving me with nowhere to sit but the actual floor. When I finally managed to secure a seat at 5:00 PM, I was rudely told to leave because of a private function, despite the official website stating the area was open until 5:30 PM.The worst experience happened on Sunday during the football game. The bar staff was incredibly rude and demanded extortionate fees just for us to exist in the space: $1,000 to sit on a sofa, $500 for a table, or $60 just for the two of us to stand. We reluctantly paid the $60 standing fee, only for them to not even show the game on the main big TV.When I complained, I was brushed off and told that Mr. Purple "rents the area." It is disgraceful that paying guests are subjected to old furniture, charged extra fees, and treated like an inconvenience by staff. Do not stay here if you actually want a quality room or want to use the amenities you are paying for.
Noisy hotel- you will not sleep.
2.0room size and view were nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
− The free upgrade put me directly below the hotel's club. The noise level was unacceptable. To add to the horrible experience, the windows seemed very thin and all I could hear was people shouting, cars honking, and police sirens all up and down the street all night. That is not an exaggeration- I truly mean all night. I was supposed to be up at 3:30 for a 4:15 uber to the airport. The part noise was still going strong at 3:30. I will never stay there again.

7.0Location was superb
− Pool was not available as advertised - closed with no explanation and we were not informed in advance of stay. However, area where pool was a public bar/club which was grubby and not a place one would have wanted to swim or relax as a hotel guest
Over Priced -Low Value
2.0Good location
− The bathroom lock was broken. The Mini Bar was half empty and they tried to charge us for items even though we never got anything out of it. The mini fridge did not get cold so we couldn’t store our own drinks in it. The air/heat unit was faulty. Also the staff member Donald was rude! I don’t know how they’re rated a 4 star because it’s nothing 4star about it. I won’t be back
Hotel stay
8.0The hotel was very nice, clean, and beautifully maintained on the inside. It also features a club and a rooftop bar, which added to the overall experience. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city, especially Ariel, who provided excellent service during our stay. When we first arrived, both the hallway and our room had an onion-like smell. We opened the windows, and after being out for a couple of hours, the room had aired out and the hallway smelled much better as well. We reported the issue to the front desk, and while they mentioned they would bring air fresheners, they never arrived. The room itself was clean, and the bathroom was very nice. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a bit more storage space for towels and toiletry bags. Additionally, light sleepers should be aware that the music from the club may be noticeable at night. Overall, we had a good stay with just a few minor issues.
