Watch out for the "extra" expenses!!!
6.0After paying typical NY prices (read: "high") for the rental, and then the service's fee on top of that, the renter tacked on an additional $96 "cleaning fee" at the conclusion of the rental--as if changing the sheets and towels costs $96! The place was otherwise left in cleaner condition than it was found, so hard to see what that "extra" fee went towards--and why it was tacked on later, instead of part of the entire rental fee.

10.0Es un departamento muy agradable, totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario y más. En una ubicación privilegiada para turismo en la gran manzana. A metros de todo. De la central Station, de los supermercados y de bocas de metro. El dueño del departamento, con quien tratamos directamente, fue solidario y generoso, con un trato muy cordial y amable. Todo estuvo perfecto. Fue una estadía muy agradable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Y volveré a solicitarlo cuando regrese a NYC.
perfect location to all the main city attractions
10.0It was home away from home experience for me. Bright room with lots of sunshine and comfortable. Secure, nice staff, close to the UN Office, was perfect for me.
