Just a perfect place that feels like a beautiful home.
10.0Exceptional. I’ve stayed at the Ritz, Four Seasons and other fine hotels that don’t touch the service, decore and ambiance. The thoughtful gifts they give you to spray your beautiful sheets is one example and the attention to detail everywhere is so sweet. We were so sick with stomach bugs and the manager allowed us to stay longer, the chef brought us homemade ginger tea on a beautiful display. I felt like I was staying at my grandmother’s wealthy home. The drawing room upstairs with wood paneling and the honesty bar. This place is elegant, charming,homey and feels like a big warm hug.

Dreamy time as family in west end
10.010 of us stayed and enjoyed every minute. Thank you Ben, Nicky, Ju -young, Eddie, Filipo, and entire team! We felt welcomed and cared for as though we are celebrities. None of us remember heads hitting pillows as beds too comfy and cozy. Perfectly situated near the theatre district and shopping and historical monuments and galleries.
