10.0Staff reached out towards all my concerns and set us up for transportation with request response within 24hours or less. Definitely recommend this hotel! Very convenient to most sites with 15mins or less unless going to coliseum which was about 25mins. Lots of restaurants around to choose from.

4.0Terrible facilities! Paper thin walls, bed needs to b replaced as do pillows. Though I was staying in a hostel with all guests in my room. You can hear every word and sound from all surrounding rooms. Staff were wonderful !
