6.0The A/C died for our first night in the hot summer. The property did not offer us anything for our trouble. Despite this, the luggage storage was helpful and I appreciated the selzter water on tap. The front desk man was very helpful. Do be aware that it is a couple blocks from the nice area by St Martin. The immediate surroundings are sketchy and filled with homeless encampments.

8.0Lovely location and noce staff, but Accorngeoup really cocked up: phone not working, internet not working, engineer entering my room without even knocking at the door while I was in... The hotel manager apologised, it was not her fault, but it still resulted in a far from ideal stay
