7.0The staff were lovely and the location is nice and quiet. Staff has helped us to order some food to our studio, which would have been difficult otherwise due to the language barrier. Plenty of conveniences, breakfast served is a good portion size and well balanced. A lot of shops and cafés down the hill.
− The location is a bit tricky - at the top of a steep hill, and would be very difficult to get to with luggage by foot if you're taking public transport - taxi is a must. Housekeeping is not 100% - returning to the studio after a busy day it was obvious that the floors were in need of a clean as there was some spilled coffee. No smart TV and there has been an issue with the internet during our stay, which otherwise worked well.
