10.0Nothing to complain. The staff were extremely friendly and beds were comfortable. The only thing is that the toilets have a sewage smell and they’re not cleaned by housekeeping daily.

4.0They checked me into a pre-occupied room with stuff in the locker, used beddings and extremely smelly washrooms. I got moved into a different room after I talked to the staff. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room’s locker was in the corner that I could not open it up all the way as it would hit the wall. Not very functional and extremely noisy to use. The breakfast buffet is not really a full buffet as they would only let you order the main breakfast dish once, which is also to pick one option out of 4/5.
