10.0We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, it’s was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff was attentive . Don’t bother with the buffet breakfast though limited selection and the same menu most of the days

8.0The reception was very friendly and kind as they upgraded my room for a better view after I told them thay my room with a "city view" had no view at all. The hotel itself needs some small fixes, for example the curtains don't all close/open, the safe deposit didn't work until I called room service etc... The hotel cleaning service is great! I forgot the do not disturb sign in the morning and went out, to my surprise when I came back in the evening they called me and asked If I still wanted room service for that day, to which I responded yes and they sent someone immediately at 8pm! Really great service. Thank you for all the staff
