2.0Yatak içe çöküktü ve dönerken bile çok ses çıkarıyordu tuvaletin maalesef ki sifonlu çalışmıyordu kullanamadık ve çok şaşırdık yerlerde yapış yapış ve tozluydu buzdolabında önceden kalan bozuk yiyecekler vardı odada çöp yoktu ve iki kişilik olmasına rağmen tek terlik vermişler istedik getireceklerini söylediler fakat getirmediler yani kısacası sadece üşümedik dışarda yatmaktan tek farkı buydu

2.0The mould in the shower is inches thick. The skirting boards and cornices are falling off, the air conditioner doesn’t work. Expedia are not helpful at all. The whole experience has been very disappointing

2.0The room was small, dirty, dark and no maintenance. Lights were.dull and.just hanging. Bed had good mattress but base was collapsed in one corner so mattress sagged at head. Door to balcony had big gap around it, wouldn't open or close. Balcony was cover in bird feather and poo. Not that we could get out anyway. Had to turn off air conditioner because it was so noisy. Carpet was disgusting. Staff were indifferent. The pictures on Wotif aren't the same as the rooms in this hotel. This is the second time we have booked through Wotif in Turkiye and this has happened. Won't be using Wotif to book any hotels in the future. They need to vet their clients better. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of the hotel and Wotif. We don't mind basic accomodation, in fact we normally stay in cheaper places. However being cheap doesn't mean some cleaning and maintenance standard can't be adhered to.
FRAUD ALERT!!!!
2.0FRAUD ALERT!!!! Dont even book this hotel with Free Cancellation option. THey charged my credit card one month before my Reservation start date although I chose to pay at the property. Even after a very early cancelation they refused to refund my 355 Euros. Stay away from thieves!!!!!
