2.0My father, 83 years old, he's passport and 100 USD got stolen from his hotel room. When he came back to his room from being outside, the passport and his money was gone. He asked the staff to help him, but they said they don't know anything about this. Terrible experience for an 83 yr old senior visiting Istanbul. Passport and money GONE!

8.0Excellent value for money especially in that location. Didn't like the area itself as it seems it's a location for wholesale traders. Clean and comfortable beds, basic but nice breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. 3 min walk to the tram station and 7 min walk to the metro station. A/C and mini fridge in the rooms. Grocery, laundry and barber shops really close by and open long hours. Rooms are dated and smaller than they seem in pictures. Old pillows and towels. No chairs or sofas in the room due to lack of space. Could smell second hand smoking in the room all the time. Noise from corridor and neighboring rooms can be heard when hotel guests return late at night. Noisy area during the day when windows are open, but quiet at night.
