2.0The person who checked me in was very kind, but everything else was extremely disappointing. The address listed on the booking was only for picking up the keys, and afterwards we had to walk about 15 minutes to the actual apartment. When we arrived, the place was dirty, very noisy, and looked nothing like the photos shown on Expedia. I have already opened a claim with customer service because I feel misled — the pictures do not reflect the reality of the apartment I was given. If I don’t receive a solution or refund, I will dispute the charge with my bank, as the description and photos do not match what I received.

8.0Missing international TV channels, CNN, BBC, sky, etc. But realy not need TV, Amsterdam is good. Might a little to hard bed. Overall verry happy. I will be back😀

6.0Didn't enjoy staying at this apartment, bedroom very tight, bed stuck to wall, tiny bathroom, no air condition, rudimentary kitchenware, uncomfortable sofa.

8.0The worst point was that the garden was in building. Few menage in the kitchen. The best, near the centrum , calefaction and new furniture in the apartment.
